			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Light smoking does not reduce the risk of cancer, but in fact triple them! After a study that lasted as long as thirty years, researchers in Norway found that those who smoked one to four cigarettes a day, almost triple the risk of heart disease and lung cancer. This means that the smoker in your office is actually a disease waiting to happen. The study also revealed that women are more vulnerable than men, especially when they smoke less than one pack per week. Light smokers also had a risk of 50 per cent more to catch a disease than non-smokers and the number has increased with the number of cigarettes smoked.</p>
<p>Needles to say, chain smokers consume a pack of cigarettes a day have a higher chance that a victim of emphysema, but slimming down half a package is not any better. It just goes to prove that half-assing something even smoking can be fatal.</p>

The seeds, when added to honey and salt, also has medicinal properties as it can treat constipation, diarrhea, and ingestion. This fruit also contains significant amounts of vitamin B as well as potassium and dietary fibers. Vitamin B enhances metabolism, improves and maintains healthy skin and that all important muscle tone, and reinforces the human immune system.</p>
<p>The lack of vitamin B can bring about an abundance of diseases such as beriberi us, pellagra, and other ailments that the average person can not say. Potassium, on the other hand, is an important mineral in the body that aids in the proper release of energy from fat, carbohydrates, protein and during metabolism. It also maintains the electrolyte balance of cells in the human body.</p>
