My Exercise

Many people believe that the road to health through exercise. In fact, it is simply a means of stimulating muscle activity and general chemistry and physiology of the body. The development of different systems of exercise and the use of various gadgets like spring special, walking machines, stationary bikes, free weights and similar devices have been found to help in the promotion of vim, vigor and vitality. The main objective of the exercise is to obtain a normal development of tissues in the body so they will be able to perform their regular duties.

Exercise to increase blood circulation and improves the depth and frequency of respiration. This helps to eliminate waste as carbon dioxide in the body. There is no absolute proof that exercise helps protect the body against diseases. However, exercise increases the body’s competence to do physical work, fatigue and improves endurance produces perfection of movement.
